Company registration package
After successfully registering a company in Singapore, AJK will prepare a complete company registration package for your company, which includes various statutory documents, seals and stamps for company registration. All documents in the company package must be kept properly. In the future, if the company has subsequent changes, resolutions, and other documents, they must also be properly kept in the package. This is the same as the company's record.
