Company Information Changes

The directors of a company are obliged to ensure that the company's information is true in real time. In Singapore, if there is any update to the company's information, the directors must promptly notify the legal secretary so that the legal secretary can submit the updated information to the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in a timely manner. The legal secretary must declare the updated information through the Bizfile website within 14 days.
