Employment Pass
An Employment Pass (EP) is a Singapore work visa created by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to attract foreign professionals, managers, and owners or directors of Singaporean companies. An Employment Pass allows you to live and work in Singapore, as well as travel in and out of the country without applying for an entry visa. It is generally valid for 1-2 years and can be renewed after that. You can then apply for Singapore Permanent Residence (PR).

Employment Pass Eligibility
- Have a job offer in Singapore. The job position is in management, executive or professional work. Fixed monthly salary of at least S$4,500 (older, more experienced candidates require higher salaries). Possess an acceptable qualification, usually a good university degree, professional qualification or specialized skills.

There is no limit on the number of EPs that can be granted to employees of a Singapore company.
